“Name That Chew” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
Open to residents of New Zealand aged 15 and over. Wonderland Chocolate team members and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:
Enter by submitting a character name suggestion via the competition form on the webpage, linked also through the QR code on Peppermint Chews packs. One submission equals one entry.

3. Entry Deadline:
All entries must be received by 8:00pm NZST on Friday 18th July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Judging and Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen by the Wonderland Chocolate team based on creativity, originality, and how well the name fits within our Wonderland character universe. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Prize:
The winning entry will receive the first case of Peppermint Chews off the production line (10 x 150g packs). Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Intellectual Property:
By entering, you confirm the name is your original idea and does not breach any third-party rights. By submitting, you grant Wonderland Chocolate a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, adapt, modify and develop the name and any associated character concept for any and all brand-related use – including packaging, marketing, digital content, merchandise, and future products – without further compensation.

7. Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided, and announced via our social media platforms by Friday 25th July 2025.

8. Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. We will not share your details with third parties.

9. Code of Conduct:
We’re all about good vibes and chocolate joy – any entries deemed offensive, inappropriate or not in the spirit of Wonderland will be disqualified.
